60,000 Square Foot Mixed-Use Project Coming to West Hollywood

Jason Illoulian’s Faring Capital will be co-developing a new mixed-use project to be built along Robertson Boulevard in West Hollywood. Currently, entitlements have been submitted to the city detailing a five-story mixed-use development that will include ground floor retail, restaurants, office space for the second and third floors, and 10 residential units for the top two floors of the building.
The project hopes to be highly visible in the West Hollywood Design District, with efforts to increase walkability and foot traffic in the area. The developers are looking for a smaller, more unique tenant mix to accompany restaurants with outdoor seating that complements the desired sidewalk approachability of the project.
R&A Design has been hired to design the project (estimated to be around 60,000 to 65,000 square feet), which will be situated at the corner of Beverly Boulevard and North Clark Drive. Poliform, a furniture shop, is the current tenant at this site.
