News Surrounding Studio City

Chipotle Mexican Grill who already has a location on Ventura Blvd., is in construction to open a new location next to the Laemmle NoHo 7 movie theater. This will occupy the vacant space next door to the theater that has never been occupied. Opening date is yet to be determined.

Last night The Studio City Neighborhood council approved the recent development plans for the NBC Universal  expansion (nick named “Evolution”). The project now has 0 square footage of residential real estate. Instead they are planning on building two 500 Room Hotels. The development is supposed to bring 30,000 jobs during construction to the neighborhood. See more info at UniversalEvolution.com
