More Fast-Fresh Dining Options Coming to San Fernando Valley

Salata is set to arrive at the popular Westfield Fashion Square Mall located at 14006 Riverside Dr. in Sherman Oaks. Salata has a unique salad creation model: salads are prepared to order with a variety of vegetables and house made gluten-free dressings to choose from. The custom made salad restaurant will be the latest edition to a revitalized food court at the mall, now known as the Dining Terrace, becoming neighbors with Chipotle, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and Earthbar – a healthy fresh juice bar option.

Tender Greens – the popular salad, sandwich, or hot plate restaurant chain – will open a new store in Burbank as well as Studio City. Opening a branch in Burbank was always a goal of the owners. Tender Greens co-owner Erik Oberholtzer expressed his excitement at finding the right location at 325 N. San Fernando Road in a written statement saying, “We’ve wanted to open a location in this area for a while and we finally found the perfect spot for us in the Burbank neighborhood that’s ideal and convenient for local residents, a great lunch and dinner spot for the nearby businesses and studios, and a comfortable place to grab a bite to eat for shoppers and movie-goers.” A Studio City branch located at 12050 Ventura Blvd. will open in July of this year.
